![]() From personal experience, its compact and minimalist design often motivated me to work out, which is rare with similar-looking gadgets these days - be it smartphones or even a smartwatch. The Hyperice Hypervolt Go 2 is one of those gadgets that not only works efficiently but looks good. This needs to change immediately, especially when you're paying a premium. Hyperice still refuses to provide a carry case, which is separately available for Rs 5,699 on its website. The cushion comes bundled with higher-tier models along with other fork and ball attachments. The latter helps you massage sensitive areas. The flat attachment works best for the neck, but I find the cushion attachment better. The box includes two attachments - bullet and flat, which are best for sore legs and arms. It may annoy people around you at that time. Naturally, the motor gets louder as the speeds are increased. The top speed goes up to 3,200 ppm (percussion per minute).ĭuring my test, the Hypervolt Go 2 started wobbling slightly at its top speed - if not held firmly. However, it offers three-speed levels, unlike the five different speeds on the higher variant. But the Go 2 is equally capable, and most users won't notice the difference. As you'll expect, the motor in the Pro model is more powerful and efficient. The Hypervolt Go 2 packs a 40W torque motor that is far behind the 90W motor on the Hypervolt 2 Pro. Perhaps, these will remain those differentiating factors between the Pro and non-pro variants. That way, the speed dial on the Hyperice Pro 2 is much more sophisticated and works swiftly. I find this method a little antiquated and inconvenient. This button also helps users increase percussion speed. The handle retains a push button to switch on the device. Sadly, the Hyperice app still does not show the battery percentage that needs to be changed desperately. The LED ring automatically changes colour based on battery level, which is pretty handy (no puns there). Its off-white colour is elegant, and this shade nicely blends with the LED ring light on the handle. It lets users reach awkward areas on the back without anyone's help. The handle is much lighter and easier to hold. Secondly, I find the weight distribution very thoughtful. It makes the massage gun extremely easy to carry as well. I like the Hyperice Go 2 much better because of its lightweight design. Both feature a gun-like body and there’s no dedicated button at the bottom of the handle to power up/off the device. On the other hand, Go 2 and Hyperice 2 are the same in terms of build. The Hyperice 2 Pro obviously features a distinct design, and you can read about it here. Hyperice Hypervolt Go 2 design: If we quickly browse through Hyperice's Hypervolt catalogue, all the Hypervolt products appear the same.
